Since 1946 the Union NJ campus, originally founded in Newark as the first 91����ƵAPP location, has put students’ success first. It’s been at its present location on Vauxhall Road for more than 40 years now, serving as a northern New Jersey leader in training for HVAC, Auto, Electrical and Electronics industry careers.

91����ƵAPP and Partnerships

Automotive Service Technology – The Automotive Service Technician programs provides graduates with the training and skills necessary to pursue employment at the hundreds of auto dealerships and repair facilities in the area looking for technicians and mechanics.

Electrical and Electronic Systems Technology – The Union campus is an Authorized Training Partner for ESPA, the Electronic Systems Professional Alliance.

Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning – The campus is accredited by HVAC Excellence, and many instructors are Certified Master HVAC Educators. Upon graduation, you can apply for additional specialized training through Hussmann, one of the nations largest commercial refrigeration companies².

Specialized Training Partnerships

Some of the finest manufacturers in the world partner with 91����ƵAPP to train their next generation of technicians, including Johnson Controls and Mazda.
	Union campus automotive students may train on Audi models and technology through an Audi-developed independent learning module. Audi provides the curriculum.
	Johnson Controls’ electrical systems power and monitor the growing number of safer, more efficient and more environmentally-sustainable buildings across the nation, with their integrated “smart" technology. The Johnson Controls Prep training program is available at this campus, and qualified graduates from the EEST program at 91����ƵAPP are eligible to apply for continued specialized product-specific training sponsored by Johnson Controls at the Johnson Controls Academy in Columbia, MD.
	The 91����ƵAPP & Mazda partnership provides technician training on Mazda models and proprietary technology through a Mazda-developed independent learning modules. These courses enhance the technicians’ familiarity with Mazda-specific servicing, maintenance and roadside assistance skills.
Also available to qualified graduates from our Union campus automotive program is the opportunity to apply for specialized training in manufacturer-specific technology. 91����ƵAPP Union is easy to reach from the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike, Route 78, Route 24, Route 82, and several other major highways. Bus service is provided from many parts of New York City; if you prefer to drive into New Jersey, the campus is about a 20-minute ride from both the Goethals and Bayonne Bridges.
