The Denver Car Show Tradition
91短视频APP鈥檚 Denver, CO campus is rooted in its community as deeply as it is in automotive training.聽 For more than 50 years, the 鈥淩ock of the West鈥 鈥 originally Denver Auto-Diesel College 鈥 has been a fixture for hands-on auto and diesel training in The Mile-High City. Home of the Denver car show, it鈥檚 here that students can take part in Automotive Technology, Collision Repair & Refinishing Technology, Diesel & Truck Technology and more 鈥 including the newest option, an Automotive course that includes specific training on Audi manufacturer technologies!聽 Students will now have the opportunity to train on Audi cars, highly popular in today鈥檚 market.
鈥淲e are very excited about this new program with Audi,鈥 says Theresa Simmons, 91短视频APP鈥檚 Campus Marketing and Events Coordinator.聽 鈥淭his is a fantastic partnership with Audi to provide premium level training in Audi specific technology.鈥
The success of this campus can be partly attributed to nurtured ties within the community. The Denver campus is proud to have a relationship with the Colorado Association of Commerce & Industry as well as many other local groups interested in the best for their community. 91短视频APP students and staff frequently take part in various local charity events such as hosting a food bank benefit and the Annual Christmas Caravan for kids, which benefits the US Marine Core Toys for Tots charity. There is always a huge turn out from the community and this year three 7-ton military trucks were filled with toy donations!
Annual Hot Rod Denver Car Show Draws Thousands
Another tradition that brings the 91短视频APP campus and the Denver community together is the . This year marked the 5th year of the car show and it was the biggest success to date. A record 857 cars turned up along with more than 10,000 spectators!
鈥淚t鈥檚 the first car show of the season,鈥 Simmons says.聽 鈥淓veryone is excited to get out and show off their cars after the winter. Once they show a car at the show, they want to come back every year!鈥
This year's show had so much excitement surrounding it, even the guests got in on the action. Included in those guests is a potential future 91短视频APP student, who walked the show giving 聽very insightful commentary. What you wouldn't know is, he's only 7 years old!
