鈥淲e set aside a quiet room where students can meet with hiring managers at our career fairs,鈥 Stokes says. 鈥淚n addition, many employers stay after the career fairs to interview students the following day. At a recent Caterpillar event, for example, the second day saw more than 500 interviews conducted 鈥 with many of our students meeting with three or four different employers.鈥
Stokes explains that employers keep in touch with students they鈥檙e interested in. When these students graduate, the employers are ready to discuss employment opportunities.
