The role of the Computer Systems Support Technician spans many functions. The Computer Systems Support Technician (CSST) training program at our three New Jersey campuses is designed to prepare the student to enter the IT industry as a skilled entry-level network support technician. This program provides the fundamentals of information technology and networking, and guides the student through building additional skills. From computer repair and support, to advanced networking techniques, this program prepares you to be useful on the first day of work.
